About The Position
The District Manager provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the shops through people development. Responsible for up to 8 locations, the DM will improve shop operations and maximize long-term sales and profit. This role involves planning and setting goals for each shop, monitoring progress, and holding employees accountable for results through coaching. The position requires adherence to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures with a focus on people, customers, sales, and profit.
