As a Restaurant District Manager, you will expand on your success as a restaurant manager to oversee an assigned district of 7-10 stores, supporting district operations, monitoring individual store performance, and people development. You will be responsible for continually developing Restaurant Store Managers and hourly employees within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with established and new initiatives, policies, and procedures relating to operations, traffic, guest service, sales techniques, and more. You will analyze district sales performance and trends with a focus on continuous improvement, partnering with the Retail District Manager to uphold overall company expectations of guest service, cleanliness, and policy. Additionally, you will review and analyze your district's Restaurant Manager performance, develop plans to improve overall store performance, and monitor store sales and profit performance by visiting stores regularly.
