Requirements

• Understand health code standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Function well as a team player
• Take direction well and can work independently
• Understand the flow of restaurant operations
• Be willing to step in and assist Servers with additional tasks during high volume
• Be courteous and respectful

Responsibilities

• Clear and wash all guest serving items, including utensils, dishes, and cups
• Clean cooking and preparation utensils and dishes
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Follow proper closing procedures
• Take proper care of all restaurant equipment
• Assist Servers and/or Management teams by rotating clean dishes to each station
• Assist the Back of House and/or Management teams as needed
• Other restaurant-related tasks, as assigned
