This is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to provide a meaningful career path with growth, development, and influence. We’re currently hiring for the following Director-level roles: Back of House Director (Bilingual required — English/Spanish) Training Director (MUST have previous Chick-fil-A experience) Front of House Director
Requirements
- 1+ year of Leadership experience
- Strong people development and coaching skills
- Proven ability to manage performance and achieve results
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
- For the Back of House Director role: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- For the Training Director role: Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
