Strategic Direction & Brand Vision Define brand vision, mission, and long-term strategy Ensure brand remains relevant and competitive in market segments Aligns the brand goals with overarching restaurant strategy and vision Financial Performance Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost control targets Ensure financial health and long-term viability of the brand Negotiates with vendors on quality and costs. Operational Excellence Creates strategy with goals of consistent, high-quality execution across all locations Collaborates to drive improvements in guest satisfaction, speed of service, and operational efficiency Marketing & Brand Positioning Guide marketing strategies to build the brand and drive guest traffic Ensure promotional activities align with brand identity and target audiences Guest Experience Devises strategies that ensure a positive guest experience that aligns with the brand identity across all locations Responds to market trends and guest feedback to improve offerings and experiences Brand Growth Partners with Centers of Excellence on various aspects, to include Marketing, COGs, Pricing, and capital planning. Ensure growth initiatives align with financial and operational goals What is your background? - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in restaurant production / restaurant production management Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Restaurant Development Manager II at H-E-B? - Working knowledge of production line flow, production planning for a foodservice concept, and supporting labor metrics - Working knowledge related to ideal food cost, shrink, and how to improve financial results - Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills - Strong PC skills, including MS Office and H-E-B systems - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - Project management and critical thinking skills - Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams and company-wide initiatives - Ability to make key decisions on a daily basis, and provide proactive solutions with limited direction / input - Ability to manage multiple priorities / deadlines and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail - Ability to work complex issues with senior management - Initiative; willingness to take risks Can you... - Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment - Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
