About The Position

The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep of the premises, including both indoor and outdoor maintenance duties. The Maintenance Person will work closely with other staff to ensure that all maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms including floors and walls
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash dumpster
• Change light bulbs
• Cleaning filters of HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
