About The Position

Raising Cane's is hiring immediately for Restaurant Crewmembers who will play a critical role in the restaurant team. This entry-level position requires no previous restaurant experience, as paid training will be provided. Crewmembers will work various shifts, including opening and closing, and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while having fun. Opportunities for pay increases through additional training and performance evaluations are available within the first year of employment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Responsible and dependable

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive thru cashier

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Provide quick and friendly service to customers
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask effectively
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
