About The Position

Raising Cane's is hiring 12 Restaurant Crewmembers who will play a vital role in our restaurant team. This entry-level position requires no previous restaurant experience, as we provide paid training for all new hires. Crewmembers will work various shifts, including opening and closing, and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while having fun. Opportunities for pay increases are available through additional training and performance evaluations, allowing you to grow your career with us.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Team player who assists other crewmembers in completing tasks
• Initiative to comply with company policies

• Experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive thru cashier

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Provide quick and friendly service to customers
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask effectively
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
