Requirements

  • Experience is great but is not required for this entry-level position.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor, operating with honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented mindset.
  • Show a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to fulfill commitments.
  • Collaborate effectively with others, valuing teamwork and demonstrating openness to coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain positive guest relationships, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Possess basic computer skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Follow Dunkin' Brands' safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service, demonstrating a positive attitude and genuine care for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve products according to Dunkin' Brands' guidelines, maintaining speed and accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
  • Work cooperatively with team members, respecting and supporting each other, and actively participating in coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for our guests.
