Under the supervision of the Chef & Sous Chef, this position is responsible for performing proficiently in multiple types of skilled culinary work: such as knife skills, baking, grilling, sauté, frying, etc. This position performs at a high level of expertise in all aspects of general kitchen work; maintains all duties assigned by the food and beverage manager.
