The Restaurant Busperson will clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures. Position Responsibilities Must maintain an adequate supply of fresh linens, china, silver, glassware, and other food service accessories; delivering food and beverage in an efficient manner; providing truly great service for our guests by anticipating needs and delivering friendly service with a smile. Adhere to established company and Departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, Departments, and guests Maintain established company and Departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times Completes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time Cleans area under and around tables and hutches Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
