About the Role The Bus/Stocker is responsible for supplying service equipment and restocking supplies to the restaurant throughout the shift. Position Responsibilities Unloading pallets & putting away inventory Stocking walk in and storage areas accordingly and neatly Bringing up necessities from loading dock Restocking shelves in kitchen storage room & front of house shelves Rotating stocks Picking up liquor requisitions Assisting with silverware roll ups Refills salt and pepper shakers, napkin holders and all other related supplies Stocks dishes and glasses as required E ssential Functions Exposure to casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing guests in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp Must be able to move throughout the restaurant areas for an entire shift Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
