Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards Create seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant’s upscale concept Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests Maintain full knowledge of wine lists, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and menu offerings Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed Accurately process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
