About The Position

We currently have part-time job opportunities for Bartenders in our dining areas. Our restaurants at Carmel offer our members multiple dining venues including indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining and pub dining. This position may serve in those areas of the Club, as well as 1947 Restaurant. Job requirements include: Knowledge of and follows food safety, sanitation practices, and ABC laws [https://www.abc.nc.gov/legal/laws-rules-and-resources] Preparing, pouring and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Requires knowledge of all aspects of mixology including food and wine pairings, wine presentation and service Operating the Point-of-Sale system accurately and efficiently Preparing garnishes, fruits mixes and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar Requires a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Prior bartender experience is required Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis. Requirements
