As a Bartender at Army Navy Country Club (ANCC), you will be crucial in delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests. Your professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm will ensure a memorable and enjoyable visit to the bar. Part-time Bartenders are responsible for providing quality customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing dinnerware promptly. This role encompasses all aspects of bar service, including responsible alcohol service and maintaining a clean environment.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
At least High School diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience required
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Lift a minimum of 20lbs
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including but not limited to, wind, sun, heat and cold
Ability to work during varied hours of the day and days of the week
Strong command of the English language

Responsibilities

Serve alcohol responsibly
Knowledge of types of beer, wines, and liquors
Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes
Ring food and drink orders into computer
Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation of bar, glassware, and serve ware
Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO)
Provide good customer service
