Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations including driving and building sales and profitability.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with the dining experience.
- Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members.
- Demonstrate O'Charley's standards, policies, and procedures.
- Uphold the company's values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics.
Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant bar management experience.
- Full Service bar experience.
- A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team.
- General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions.
- Experience managing and training hourly team members.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous bartender manager / bar management experience in a full service restaurant bar environment.
