Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations including driving and building sales and profitability.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with the dining experience.
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members.
  • Demonstrate O'Charley's standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Uphold the company's values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics.

Requirements

  • 2 years of restaurant bar management experience.
  • Full Service bar experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team.
  • General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions.
  • Experience managing and training hourly team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous bartender manager / bar management experience in a full service restaurant bar environment.
