Restaurant Back Server -On Call
About The Position
The restaurant back server is responsible primarily for assisting the food server in serving the guest. This person must have goodmunication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. Requirements
- Restaurant experience in a high-volume environment required
- Food running experience minimum one year
- Excellentmunication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude.
- Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and stronganizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
- Flexible schedule, weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
