About The Position

This position is a combination of Busser, Food Server and general table maintenance for the Wildfire Properties. Taking food and beverage orders and accurately input them into the computer/register. Serving food from the kitchen area to Guests' tables in an effective manner. Ensuring cleanliness of tables and maintain their overall appearance, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, etc. Completing assigned side-work and any additional tasks. Monitoring the cleanliness of assigned station including floors, and assist in keeping area free of debris. Possess knowledge of menu, beverages, preparation of food, and prices. Will be required to use suggestive selling techniques. Must adhere to all cash and comp handling procedures in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Must be minimum age of 21.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively with minimum supervision and be able to work a flexible schedule.
