About The Position

Friendship is looking for a Restaurant Associate to join our Richfield Town Center team, located in Salem, VA. The Restaurant Associate will be responsible for the overall experience at the restaurant. Shifts Available: Part-Time includes every other weekend

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months of food service experience preferred; food service certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet all restaurant guests, guide them to a table/seat and provide a menu
• Take customer orders; serve and clear food and beverages
• Check on guests throughout meal and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare check for meal and process payment
• Clean table after each guest leaves; clean any serving equipment throughout service and at the end of each shift
• Refill table items as needed
• Maintain work area, equipment, food and self, in accordance to policies, procedures and food safety guidelines
