Requirements

2–4 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence

Nice To Haves

Experience with chain restaurants strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction
Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service
Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management
Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture
Partner with colleagues, management, and vendors to promote team success
Ensure consistency in food specs, quality, and execution
