The Restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall operation of the restaurant. As Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of food service operations including food cost controls, inventory/ordering, labor controls, positive staff supervision, and ultimately, great customer experiences. It is your job to manage and operate a smooth-running restaurant which includes three specific areas. 1. A well run dining room. 2. A service counter and order station with a brisk carry out business. 3. A from scratch kitchen that consistently produces high quality BBQ!
