Cala’s is looking for a motivated Manager on Duty (MOD) / Assistant Manager to join our team! Requirements
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and communication
- Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Ability to lead by example and support the team on the floor
- Availability to work on the GM’s days off (required)
Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Lead, support, and motivate front- and back-of-house team members
- Provide excellent guest service and handle guest needs or concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and teamwork
- Open and/or close the restaurant as needed
- Step in to cover shifts, particularly on the General Manager’s days off
