About The Position

The Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations, staff, and profitability of retail and hospitality outlets by managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, enforcing policies, and analyzing sales data to drive revenue and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include leading and training staff, controlling expenses, marketing promotions, maintaining operational standards, and handling customer service issues to ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality operations.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and other departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain order, and coordinate complex operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock control, manage orders, and ensure the outlet is well-maintained and organized.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, providing personalized service, and implementing feedback.
  • Manage the outlet's budget, track financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
  • Enforce company policies, maintain quality and safety standards (such as food safety in hospitality), and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor sales data, and identify trends to make informed decisions.
