Additionally, you will inform guests about hotel services, assist with future dining reservations, and resolve any guest complaints or questions in a courteous manner. You will also be responsible for completing projects professionally, reporting items in need of repair, and ensuring guest safety. Professional conduct is expected at all times, and adherence to hotel policies and procedures is mandatory.
