As a member of the Pacific Hospitality Group, you will maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact. Your responsibilities will include responding to individual guest needs, greeting guests enthusiastically, answering questions about menu items, and communicating selections to the culinary and beverage teams. You will monitor guests to fulfill additional requests, compute bills, collect payments, and inform guests of hotel services and amenities. Additionally, you will handle guest complaints and requests courteously and professionally, complete assignments with care, and maintain equipment used in your work. You will also be responsible for protecting guest safety and well-being, adapting to high-pressure conditions, and conducting yourself professionally at all times.
