Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, where you will maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact. Your role will involve responding to individual guest needs, greeting guests enthusiastically, and providing menu recommendations. You will communicate menu selections to the culinary and beverage teams, monitor guests for additional requests, and handle billing and payments. Additionally, you will inform guests about hotel services and amenities, confirm future dining reservations, and resolve any guest complaints or questions in a courteous manner. You will also be responsible for completing projects professionally, reporting items in need of repair, and maintaining equipment used in your work. This position requires you to protect guest safety, adapt to high-pressure conditions, and conduct yourself professionally at all times, setting standards for others.
