In this role you will be contributing to a Footwear comprehensive responsive sourcing strategy. You will be reporting to a director and helping create and align the sourcing strategies to enable responsiveness to Geographies. This role involves collaborating with others to standardize business processes, working with Geographies to develop responsive strategies, engaging in scenario planning, and analyzing tradeoffs and opportunities for optimization. This work is not done in a silo! You will be closely collaborating across the Sourcing team, Supply Planning, Geographies planning teams, and counterparts in Asia. This is an individual contributor position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 7+ years' work experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry
  • 3 years' additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing demands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and generate effective solutions
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, demonstrating self-motivation, urgency, and accountability
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of driving collaboration across multiple functional teams
  • Experienced in data automation and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to enhance analytics and reporting
  • Proficient in using metrics to drive continuous improvement and process automation

Responsibilities

  • Create and establish Responsive Sourcing Strategy and processes
  • Connect and collaborate with the peer sourcing counterpart on model level insights and sourcing execution to support Responsive sourcing alignment
  • Utilize data and reporting tools to gather insights and visuals to illustrate strategy
  • Facilitate critical and strategic conversations between Geographies planning teams, product sourcing team, and other cross functional teams
  • Be on point to represent Footwear Responsive Sourcing in the Global express lane cross functional forum
  • Be on point as project lead for sourcing process improvements
  • Serve as an effective bridge between strategy and execution in the end of end sourcing process
