What you’ll do As a Responsible Minerals & Critical Materials Program Manager you will own and lead Intel’s responsible minerals strategy and execution across the Foundry supply chain. Your work ensures that minerals used in Intel products are sourced responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with global regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, science, or related field)
  • 5+ years of program management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Responsible Minerals Sourcing strongly preferred
  • Supply chain experience
  • Experience working with or in external consortia and/or government institutions
  • Advance degree (e.g. PhD or MBA) preferred
  • Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Intel's responsible mineral sourcing program, driving conflict minerals compliance, extended minerals risk assessments and due diligence, and enabling responsible and resilience sourcing.
  • Managing conflict minerals declarations, driving supplier conformance expectations across complex multi-tier supply chains, providing customer responses including product level declarations, driving required regulatory filings, and submitting public and investor reports.
  • Lead due diligence efforts to reasonably assure the minerals contained in Intel products do not contribute to human rights abuses and other ethical concerns.
  • Responsible minerals program manager will lead responsible and resilient minerals sourcing strategic planning and execution.
  • Externally represent Intel in various industry associations and external engagements.
