  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling (Siemens NX experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred).
  • Strong understanding of structural mechanics and materials (metals, composites, adhesives).
  • Exposure to FEA tools such as Nastran, Optistruct, or LS-Dyna.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher.

  • Experience with structural analysis of vehicle or aerospace components.
  • Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP, and basic product development processes.
  • Understanding of vehicle systems, load paths, and MIL-STD design standards.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping or student design teams (e.g., Formula SAE, Aero Design, UAV projects).
  • Familiarity with change management and configuration tracking.
  • Internship or co-op experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing is a plus.
  • Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions.
