The Respond Nurse to respond and triage Independent living Respond Calls between 11pm and 7am. Perform clinical documentation, audits and analysis. Qualifications: Current LPN license in North Carolina Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in triage or emergency response Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and audit tools Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Committed to the service of the geriatric population in a continuing care retirement center. Essential Functions of the Position: Emergency Response Duties: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies across campus in partnership with security personnel. Assess, triage, and coordinate care for residents in urgent situations Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Document clinical interventions accurately and timely Participate in emergency preparedness drills and on-call coordination Quality & Data Duties: Conduct routine audits of clinical documentation and emergency response logs Analyze trends in incident reports and recommend improvements and quality assurance methods.
