Our available respite cases are excellent for nurses who value predictable hours and meaningful one on one patient relationships in the Porter and LaPorte County areas of NWI. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Indiana
  • CPR certification & negative TB test or chest X-ray
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care based on the client’s Plan of Care
