Our available respite cases are excellent for nurses who value predictable hours and meaningful one on one patient relationships in the Porter and LaPorte County areas of NWI. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Indiana
- CPR certification & negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care based on the client’s Plan of Care
- Monitor and document changes in the client’s condition
