We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. More details about the kiddo will be discussed during the interview!   Benefits: You will be working with a family that deeply appreciates the care you provide. You would be helping a child feel safe, supported, and comfortable in his daily routines—making a meaningful difference for the whole family.   Wage: $14.13 per hour $207.45 per day shift   Schedule and Location: • 6 hours a week • One full day per month • Every other weekend, 6 AM-2 PM • Care takes place primarily in the member's home, with some community outings

Requirements

• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide calm support when the child becomes upset
• Gentle redirection as needed
• Engage in enjoyable activities such as games, movies, coloring, or park visits
• Support safe use of tablet, movies, and preferred routines
