We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Are you compassionate, reliable, and have great communication skills? Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? If you answered yes to the above, we would love to hear from you! Position is for a young girl. More details about kiddo are discussed during the interview! Benefits: You will be working for a family that is very appreciative of what you do! You would be helping a family live their best life! Hours/Desired Schedule: • 6 overnights a month and 10 hours a week Pay: $256.00 per day or $17.66 per hour Location: In the community, providers home Member Likes • Animals • Swimming • Puzzles • Crafting • Watching movies • Being outside
Requirements
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Meal Prep
- Medication Management, monitor that she does take them
- Reminders for tasks
- Keep very close eyes on her with people and meals
- Outings to park/community
