Nonotuck is always looking for kind-hearted and nurturing respite workers instrumental in supporting our Shared Living Community. Respite workers offer our members additional support throughout their day, helping them to maintain involvement within their community, explore new interests and cultivate relationships. A respite provider has a flexible schedule, working as many or as few days in a month as they would like. Typical activities for a respite worker may include community activities and involvement, supporting the achievement of goals based on the person's preferences, and development of new activities and choices.
