About The Position
The Program Director (PD) is responsible for overseeing the administrative and educational aspects of the respiratory therapy program. This includes fiscal planning, program planning and development, and ongoing review and analysis of all program activities to ensure compliance with established standards. The PD will also engage in continuous curriculum development and review, as well as teaching responsibilities. Collaboration with the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) is essential to ensure that clinical education for program students is effectively coordinated with didactic and laboratory activities, meeting the required program outcomes as outlined by the standards.
