About The Position

Responsible and accountable for leading daily operation of the department(s) to include fiscal management, staff development, and resource management with the goal of achieving quality and safe patient care. May perform Respiratory Therapist duties as a working leader/manager when needed. Full-time, days Baptist Health Floyd, Respiratory Care Southern Indiana/ Louisville, Kentucky area The Respiratory Care Manager is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the respiratory care services department. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The manager will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care. The manager must adhere to regulatory standards and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an AMA Accredited Respiratory Program
