Requirements

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Credential.
• Minimum four years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current state license or certificate in Respiratory Therapy.
• Compliance with all regulatory and corporate qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct classes as assigned and prepare comprehensive lesson plans and course materials.
• Assess students objectively for academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize instructional plans effectively and maintain the required class duration.
• Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and serve as a role model for professionalism.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance, and communicate student concerns to the Program Director.
• Participate in ongoing faculty and professional development activities and attend workshops to improve instructional skills.
• Assist with graduation ceremonies and campus activities, and contribute to a positive campus culture.
