About The Position

As a Respiratory Therapy Coordinator with HCA HealthONE Swedish, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of clinical patient care. You will collaborate with the Director of Respiratory Therapy in planning, organizing, and delivering services. Your role will also involve monitoring the quality of care provided and taking appropriate measures to ensure high-quality care. Additionally, you will have financial responsibilities, including collaboration in budget preparation and effective resource utilization.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist required.
• NBRC-RRT credential required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA or ARC required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program required.
• Graduate of AMA accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
• 3 years of Respiratory Therapist experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Pulmonary Function Technician or Registered Cardiopulmonary Technician or eligible preferred.
• Neonatal Pediatric Specialist preferred.
• Adult Critical Care Specialist preferred.
