About The Position

Provides competent respiratory care services to patients as prescribed by the responsible physician. Furnishes basic therapeutic treatment and other non-invasive respiratory treatments, and therapy to patients in acute care floor settings.

Requirements

• Respiratory Care student currently enrolled in an approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• Must be in the second semester of clinical study.
• Must have current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Card.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent respiratory care services to patients as prescribed by the responsible physician.
• Furnishes basic therapeutic treatment and other non-invasive respiratory treatments.
• Administers therapy to patients in acute care floor settings.
