About The Position

Provides respiratory care services to patients who require emergency care, intensive care, therapeutic treatment, invasive and non-invasive monitoring, diagnostic testing and patient education for pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders. Monitors and maintains equipment and participates in quality assurance and improvement activities.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or Registry Eligible.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with successful completion of the Registry examination process within one year.
• BCLS certification.
• Licensed through the Michigan Board of Respiratory Care.
