About The Position
The Respiratory Therapist position at our community hospital involves performing safe respiratory therapy modalities as ordered by physicians. The role requires developing a plan of care based on assessment data, maintaining and monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. The therapist will also be responsible for documenting patient therapies and communicating effectively with healthcare team members.
