Requirements

Bring 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience, preferably in LTC
Work independently and efficiently, managing treatments and priorities with confidence
Active Maryland RT license
Status:PT or PRN
Shift: 12 Hour Shifts - 7a-7p/7p-7a

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality respiratory care to residents in a long‑term care (LTC) setting
Perform oral care to support airway management, comfort, and infection prevention
Deliver clear, compassionate patient and family education related to respiratory care and treatments
Monitor residents’ respiratory status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Ensure all treatments and documentation meet facility policies and clinical standards
