About The Position

Respiratory Therapist – (Non-Invasive Vent Focus) Be part of the care that helps patients breathe—and heal—over time. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide specialized respiratory care to medically complex patients, with a strong emphasis on non-invasive ventilation, and chronic respiratory disease management. What You’ll Do Deliver comprehensive respiratory and pulmonary therapy for patients, including assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and diagnostic evaluation. Manage and monitor non-invasive ventilation therapies (BiPAP, CPAP, high-flow systems), adjusting settings based on patient response and clinical goals. Perform detailed respiratory assessments to identify changes in physiologic and psychosocial status. Support ventilator weaning and respiratory rehabilitation in collaboration with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams. Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to guide individualized plans of care. Implement evidence-based respiratory interventions aligned with hospital policies and patient care standards. Communicate changes in respiratory status promptly to physicians, nursing staff, and respiratory leadership. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and emergency procedures in a high-acuity environment. Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly. Build strong working relationships across departments to support coordinated, long-term patient care. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies. Requirements
