About The Position
Baystate Health is hiring Licensed Respiratory Therapists to join our dedicated inpatient care team at our Level I Trauma Center . Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this is your opportunity to make a real impact across Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal populations in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – Required
- Certified Respiratory Therapist in Massachusetts – Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association – Required
Nice To Haves
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Preferred
Responsibilities
- Airway and ventilator management in Adult, Pediatric, and NICU populations
- Participation on our Neonatal Transport Team
- Rapid response support during Trauma Alerts , Code Blues , and emergency calls
- Performing diagnostic cardiopulmonary evaluations and therapeutic procedures
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
