About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team and provide high-quality respiratory care.

Requirements

• CRT or RRT credential
• Experience in critical care or emergency settings
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Valid state license and at least 1 year of experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual abilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic tests (e.g., pulmonary function, arterial blood gas, sleep studies)
• Administer and monitor respiratory therapies (oxygen, mechanical ventilation, inhalation)
• Educate patients and families on disease management and equipment use
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Stay current with advances in respiratory therapy
