Respiratory Therapist (Full-Time, Nights, 6P-6A)

Position Summary The role of the Respiratory Therapist reports to the Respiratory Care Manager. This position is responsible for the identification, diagnosis, and treatment of respiratory therapy goals as determined by patients care plan.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Arkansas Respiratory Therapy license and CPR, required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a respiratory therapist, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluation of patient status and implement appropriate plan of care
- Ensure timely completion of required documentation
- Communicate the patient’s status with all necessary members of the patients care team and coordinate care plan
- Communicate with physicians, or their staff, to coordinate appropriate care
