We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our growing healthcare team. As a Respiratory Therapist and valued member of our Clinical Team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. In this Per Diem Respiratory Therapist role, you will have the flexibility to select your schedule one month in advance, with occasional adjustments available when accommodations are needed. You will also be supported by a collaborative, patient-focused team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care. In this role, you’ll be more than just a clinician—you’ll be a trusted partner in patient care, helping individuals and caregivers navigate their respiratory needs with confidence and ease.

Requirements

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Must hold an active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Texas, in accordance with state regulatory requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home and hospital visits.
  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, support, and empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory therapies and equipment management.
  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and instruct on a variety of medical devices, including: CPAP/Bi-level therapy Home ventilators Cough Assist devices Oscillation vests
  • Conduct home and hospital visits to assess patient needs and provide follow-up care.
  • Ensure proper functionality of equipment through inspection and testing.
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation to maintain compliance and patient records.
