Respiratory Therapist (RT) Nights
About The Position
Hello, Cascades at Riverwalk in Midvale, UT is hiring a Respiratory Therapist! We're expanding our clinical capabilities to include providing care to patients with respiratory needs that require the needs of a licensed respiratory therapist. At Cascades Healthcare, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care. We are a people-first organization. Really! Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time. Full-time is 3 days a week, 6pm-6am. Part-time is anywhere between 15-29 hours a week, 6pm-6am. PRN is anything 14 hours and below
Requirements
- Possess a current Respiratory Therapist license in good standing
- Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted
- Reliable, kind, hard-working
- Understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care
- Able to handle fast paced environment
