About The Position

As a Respiratory Therapist with Apria, you will provide essential respiratory care, new patient setups, ongoing education, and follow-up support across the Green Bay region and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Key Highlights
Work Arrangement: On-site.

Schedule Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Flexibility available depending on patient and branch needs. Travel to UP Michigan as needed (part of weekly/bi-weekly responsibilities).
Salary Range $32 – $36 per hour.

Requirements

• Respiratory Therapist with an active Wisconsin RT license.
• Experience level: Flexible (some experience preferred).
• Positive, non-toxic attitude.
• Strong empathy and compassion for patient needs.
• Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic workflow.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support and retain patients in active service.
• Conduct new patient setups in the home or clinical settings.
• Follow up with patients to ensure adherence and equipment satisfaction.
• Manage, complete, and organize patient paperwork.
• Provide education, troubleshooting, and compassionate support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless patient experience.
