Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Respiratory Therapist License - State of Michigan upon hire.
• Respiratory Therapist Registry - NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders.
• Participate in the education of patients, students, staff, and physicians.
• Provide technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care.
• Assist with general department functions.
